Backstage beauty

Backstage shots at Ann-Sofie Back's Fall 2013 in Stockholm taken by Aimee Blaut. I love the styling of this show, from the mesh panel over the eyes and the red lipstick. Lipstick is making a great comeback this season with the ever evolving beauty brands on the market. I would highly recommend Giorgio Armani Rouge d'Armani Sheer lipstick which I have previously blogged about. I find it lasts upto 8 hours with no cracking and helps to moisturise at the same time.

Miu Miu SS13..

Take a sneak peak at some of the Miu Miu SS13 peices at Flannels head office before they get snapped up. There such sweet looking things! The use of pastels remind me of raspberry sherbet and lemon sorbet. The collection features beautiful tailoring, concealed fastenings and embellished necklines.

Interior inspiration

Whilst flat hunting I have been trauling the internet for some interior inspiration and came accross this lovely bunch on We Heart It. I have found a flat and it certainly isnt anything like these, although with a few personal touches it will feel like home in no time. I do love the contemporary spaces which combine vintage furniture with ultra modern finishes, oh and think I will have to keep on dreaming for that walk in wardrobe!

Wish Wish Wish..

With Christmas all under wraps, the festivities of December over and the sales well under way..I have decided to do another one of my wish list posts.

It safe to say that leather, studs and sequins have made their mark this season and whilst they have been totally overdone I can’t help but think about the Markus Lupfer sequin lips jumper which is a little pricey but made of ‘100% merino wool’ makes it slightly better! Knits and skater skirts looks great together which is why I have chosen a black pleated coated skirt. Why not add a splash of colour with a pony and leather clutch and a chunky necklace. Miu Miu excitement! Working in the internet department at Flannels Fashion I get to see all the new season pieces before they reach the stores which is exciting. These Miu Miu trainers are a guilty pleasure of mine..sequins, studs and leather laces! They would look great with dark wash skinny jeans and a loose knit jumper.
